Banks aren’t on the top of our Xmas card list. They bring it upon themselves, really. With so much wealth and extraordinary profit, they seem to be blinkered to what people really want – honesty, respect, good service and understanding. This is not a scientifically proven statistic, this is just from 30 years of experience with banks. I truly hope that this bank follows through with the sentiment in this incredible viral video. We got all misty. Which means, we’re in need of emotional therapy, or more likely, this story works like a treat.
