HAPPINESS INFINITY

The inimitable Kurt Vonnegut draws some squiggly lines that so simply and beautifully maps the undulating terrain of STORY. Stories with happy endings, that is. If there was a map for Mary Harron’s, American Psycho , or Heneke’s, Funny Games, that blackboard would be upside down. And bloodied. Either way, Vonnegut makes it all look so easy.
